This book is about a mischievous boy who wants a star pupil badge.In the beginning he steals chocolate raisins and eats them just before his mum gets home.He quickly hugs his mum before he gets caught and leaves a hand print on his mums white dress. Theres one person he really hates Norman. Hes the biggest bragger in the world. Tom Gates got given homework and finally finished it and got a star pupil badge.
I think this book was great because it had all sorts of topics like humour and kept making you want to read more and see what happens. My rating out of 10 would be 8/10
