This book is about a sixteen year old girl named Poppy Sinclair. She was lucky to survive in a boating accident on the lake, but when she finds a dead body of a young girl on the lake. Poppy investigates her way to find out about what she thinks is murder rather than suicide. She investigates until she finally finds out who killed her and why.

I personally liked reading this book because it makes you want to read more of the mystery. I recommend this book for 12-14 years. I give this book a rating 9/10.
