This book is about a zombie family who go on holiday to a island. There are 5 zombiesons (Mrs Zombieson, Mr Zombieson, Zigi, Zoey, and Zee). When they were at the campsite they met up with the manager of the campsite (snakeskin). This campsite didn't have much people staying there because there were pirates that haunted the campsites. Zigi and Zoey were getting very bored and wanted to explore, so snakeskin decided to enter Zigi and Zoey in a contest that was about survival, but before they went to the contest snakeskin had to teach them some survival skills to help them with the contest. So one day they went out and did rafting, rock climbing, mountain biking, and hand gliding. The next morning they went bungee jumping off the bridge. Mr and Mrs Zombieson were terrified and didn't want to watch because they thought it was scary, so they ended up staying in the car with Zee. The next morning Zigi and Zoey we t and did the contest. While they were gone the phantom ghost pirates decided to take a visit and destroy snakeskin's campsite. Snakeskin asked why they were destroying it. The captain said "I want to find my treasure!" by this time Zigi and Zoey had finished the contest and helped snakeskin find the treasure so the Pirates wouldn't destroy the campsite. They looked on a map and found that it was under the café that snakeskin was building, he had concreted over the treasure. Snakeskin didn't have anything to dig with and break the concrete so he asked "does anybody have a spoon?" Luckily they had baby Zee's spoon so he dug with that and eventually ended up getting the treasure out and gived it to the captain. The captain was tearing up, "what's inside?" Asked Zigi. Captain opened the box and pulled out a parrot.he was so excited because he finally found his lost parrot, captain promised he wouldn't ever haunt the campsite again. So the campsite started getting more popular and popular and snakeskin made a movie about
climbing to Mount Everest and they all lived happily ever after

I rate this book a 8/10 I enjoyed it because it was interesting.
